Behind every iconic franchise there is something most people never see: the engine that makes it possible. Redia is the holding company responsible for commercializing, managing, and expanding some of the world’s most recognized food brands in Mexico, including Carl’s Jr., IHOP, and Dunkin’.

While consumers connect with burgers, pancakes, and coffee, Redia operates at a strategic level, anticipating trends, identifying opportunities, and shaping the culinary landscape of the country. Yet, as pioneers in bringing global franchises to Mexico, their own brand lacked the visibility and strength that matched their impact.

They weren’t just operators. They were tastemakers, trailblazers, and the North Star guiding international brands into new territory.
The Solution The Shift
We positioned Redia as the force behind the flavor. A bold, future-forward holding brand that leads with vision, experience, and confidence.

The identity centers around a powerful orange, a color long associated with the food industry, now reclaimed at the corporate level. The wordmark is strong and established without feeling outdated, signaling stability and leadership.

We reimagined the classic checkered fast-food pattern into a dynamic graphic system, injecting energy and movement into a corporate brand. The circling star symbol represents both their portfolio of franchises and the idea of people gathering around a table, reinforcing their purpose of bringing families together through shared experiences. Custom shapes inspired by plates and trays extend the system across applications, adding flexibility and character.

The Unforgettable
The result is a brand that feels as bold as the franchises it represents. Strategic yet vibrant. Corporate yet alive.

Redia emerges not as a background player, but as the visionary leader transforming everyday meals into unforgettable moments for Mexican families.
